Traditional Funeral Service with Burial Package $4,010 - $6,055.00

This package includes basic services of the funeral director and staff, removal of remains, embalming, cosmetology, dressing and casketing of remains, visitation, funeral service, hearse and flower van. Death certificates, flowers, DVD, newspaper obituary, memorial package and sales tax are additional.

The charge for an immediate burial (without ceremony) includes: Basic services of funeral director and staff, a proportionate share of overhead costs, removal of remains, refrigeration, dressing, cosmetics, casketing, washing and hygienic care, minimal preparation, and local transportation to cemetery.
Immediate burial with casket provided by family $3,260.00
Immediate burial including a cloth covered wood casket (Dawson) $4,405.00

Important Information Regarding Cremation
Since cremation is an absolute form of disposition there are particular rules and laws which need to be observed in order for cremations to go forward. Louisiana Law requires that the legal next of kin sign a Cremation Authorization form.
Next of kin is as follows: Spouse, Majority of Adult Children, Majority of Adult Grandchildren, Surviving Parents, Majority of Surviving Siblings
If the decedent has a Notarized Declaration stating their wishes to be cremated any person arranging the services can sign the Cremation Authorization form.
Cremation services come with a wide variety of options and oftentimes, many questions. There are many Memorialization Options when considering cremation services.
One of the decisions to be make is what should be done with the cremated remains after the cremation and cremation service is complete. There are three basic options:
- The Cremated Remains can be buried or interred in a cemetery.
- The Cremated Remains can be scattered.
- The Cremated Remains can be kept by the family members.

Simple Goodbye Cremation $2,970.00

In addition to Direct Cremation, the Simple Goodbye includes minimal preparation, wash and disinfect of the remains, dress and casket, and an upgraded cremation casket (Brown Standard) that includes pillow and lining, 30 minute viewing time in our chapel during normal business hours, weekdays only. Decedent is presented in a simple and dignified manner with hospital gown/smock and cosmetic color adjustment. This service is restricted to the immediate responsible party involved, up to 6 people. (Doesn't include special care for autopsied/anatomical case.)
