Shelby Ladner Obituary

Shelby Legrue Ladner passed away on March 8, 2017, at his home in Gretna, LA., at the age of 66. Shelby was born in Gulfport, MS., and lived in Gretna for most of his life. He was employed by Best Bolt and Nut as a Warehouseman. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends and was an avid longtime Saints fan. Devoted son of the late Eldwin Legrue Ladner and Mattie Jewel Stubbs Ladner. Devoted Godfather of Lance and Madison Lauve. Loving Brother of Verlin Ladner (Pat), Vincent Ladner (Melissa), Mattie Ladner, Frances Ladner Mayeaux, Lillie Ladner Bennett (Keith), the late Hazel Ladner and Camille Ladner Underwood. Also, survived by 13 nieces and nephews and 16 great nieces and nephews.
