Robert L. Nosacka passed away at his home, surrounded by his loving family, on Saturday, February 1, 2014.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Nosacka, Sr. and Bertha Lae Nosacka. Bobby graduated from Jesuit High School in 1958 and worked for the United States Post Office in New Orleans for more than 40 years. He will be sadly missed by his entire family. We love you, Paw Paw.

He was the loving husband of the late Barbara Giacona Nosacka for 40 years and the devoted father of David A. Nosacka and the late Robert L. Nosacka, Jr.

Robert was the brother-in-law of Pete Giacona and Anthony Giacona, and the late Beverly Perniciaro and Janet Giacona. He was also the brother of Paul Nosacka, Jr. and the late James Nosacka.

He was the proud grandfather of Matthew D. Nosacka, Samantha A. Satterfield, and Kyle J. Guess.

Bobby will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his many years of service to the New Orleans community, and the love he shared with those closest to him.
