Linda Laudermilk Bradford passed away peacefully on July 8, 2026, at the age of 84.  Born on November 8, 1941, in Baton Rouge, LA, she was the oldest of four children born to Ruth Evelyn (née Leach) and Murray Alston Laudermilk.  After graduating from Istrouma High School, she studied at Louisiana State University where she met her husband, Doug.  The two married in 1967 and moved to Covington where they had two children, Elizabeth and Douglas.

She is preceded in death by her Husband, Douglas Eugene Bradford, Parents, Ruth and Murray Laudermilk, Brother, Curtis Laudermilk, Sister, Melody Maggio, and her Nephew, Louis William "Trey" Maggio Ill.

Linda is survived by her children, Elizabeth McGough (Peter) and Douglas Bradford (Liubov), grandson Brogan McGough, brother Louis Laudermilk, seven nieces and nephews, many friends, and a handful of cats. 

A Celebration of Life will be held in the fall.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Linda’s name to Northshore Humane Society.
