Laurie Ann Hall passed from this life on Sunday, April 6, 2014 at her home in Sun, LA with her family by her side. Born in New Orleans, LA, resided in St. Tammany Parish for 52 years. She forecasted the weather as a 1st Lieutenant in the US Air Force from 1974 to 1978 and she retired in 2009 as a Hydrologist with the National Weather Service. She was a member of the Bogalusa Seventh Day Adventist Church. Laurie was a passionate self-taught student of biblical prophecy, loved to dance and was a friend to all. Laurie was a loving and devoted wife, mother, daughter, grandmother and sister who will be missed by all who knew and loved her.\r\nLoving wife of Mark "Wayne" Hall for 38 years.\r\nDaughter of Marie Cantrell Knight and the late William "Bill" Knight.\r\nDevoted mother of Mark W. Hall, II (Jackie) and Christine Aparicio (Teo).\r\nSister of Coralie Herman (Ron), Angel Gautreaux (Lynn) and John Knight (Holly).\r\nGrandmother to Mark's children: Landon, Kaitlyn and Christian; as well as Christine's children: Paola, Daniella, Caroline, and Samuel.\r\n
