Kenneth Krebsbach Obituary

Kenneth A. Krebsbach passed away on Monday, November 2, 2015 at his home in Lacombe, LA at the age of 68. Ken was born in Melrose, MN and lived in the Louisiana area for most of his life. After completing high school in 1965 at Sauk Centre HS in Sauk Centre, MN, Ken attended vocational technical school in Alexandria, MN. Ken worked at the Farmer’s Co-Op in Sauk Centre where he met his wife Janet. They then moved on to become the owners of Krebsbach Plumbing and Heating in Osakis, Minnesota. In 1982 Ken and Jan moved the family to New Orleans, LA and Ken began his career in construction with Johnson Brothers Corporation. Ken worked his way up to Project Superintendent over several bridge and heavy construction projects located in New Orleans, Alexandria, Shreveport and Crowley, LA. After 25 years at Johnson Brothers, Ken moved on to James Construction and eventually to the Deep Foundations Division of Cajun Industries, LLC where Ken finished up his career working on several post Hurricane Katrina flood retention projects and other industrial works.\r\nLoving husband of the late Janet V. Krebsbach for 39 years.\r\nDevoted father of Scott K. Krebsbach (Janna), Nancy K. Munguia (Richard), Kristen Krebsbach, Craig M. Krebsbach (Colleen), Todd P. Krebsbach (Jennifer) and Kenneth D. Krebsbach and his fiancé (Melissa Krider), and a deceased son John Krebsbach. \r\nSon of Barbara Haller Krebsbach and the late Theodore Krebsbach. \r\n Brother of Donald Krebsbach (Kathy), Kathy K. Schahn (Leo), Jean Gamradt (Larry), David Krebsbach (Iris), Joyce Lines (Scott) and Robert Krebsbach (Colleen).\r\nGrandfather of Paige Werner, Emrie Munguia, Evan Munguia, Corum Krebsbach, Arieanna Krebsbach, Ava Krebsbach and Elise Krebsbach.\r\n
