Karan Bourgeois Obituary

Karan Ann Bourgeois passed away peacefully in Gretna, LA, with her family at her side on Friday, November 14, 2022. A native of New Orleans, LA, and longtime resident of Gretna, age 75 years. Loving mother of Sharon Poche of River Ridge, LA, Sherry Bourgeois of Gretna, and Shannon Bourgeois of Gretna. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of over 14 years, Louis Bourgeois, as well as her late parents, Leroy and Dolores Schaefer. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Mass to be held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 610 6th St., Gretna, LA, on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at 10:30 AM with gathering immediately prior to the Mass. Interment at a later date in Waveland, MS.
