Johnnie Wade Tennant

Johnnie Wade Tennant, 56, of Covington, La., passed away on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, surrounded by his family.  He is a native of Baltimore, Maryland and a resident of Covington, La.  Johnnie retired from doing home renovations in the construction industry after over 40 years.  He enjoyed gardening, playing golf, being by the water, volleyball, disc golf and spoiling his granddaughter.

Johnnie is preceded in death by his Father, Wade Tennant.

He is survived by his Wife of 19 Years, Bonnie Townsend Tennant of Covington, Daughter, Paige Tennant Krysan and husband Brett of Covington, La., Granddaughter, Blair Elizabeth Krysan of Covington, Uncle, Ray Mitchell of Luling, La. and numerous other family members and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home of Covington, La.
