Hilda Bernice Fields was born March 3, 1927 in Bonfouca, LA to Henry and Lydia Williams. She spent most of her youth growing up in Mandeville, LA. Hilda met and married her late husband Albert S Fields, Sr of Slidell, LA. From that union two beautiful children were born. Hilda lived in New Orleans, LA where she worked as a loyal supervisor of a Hotel Chain for over 30 years. Hilda devoted most of her time caring for her family. After retiring, she moved back to Mandeville, LA. Hilda was a wonderful, loving mother and all of sacrifices could never go unnoticed, she will be greatly missed.\r\nHilda departed this life on Friday, September 25, 2015. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Henry and Lydia Williams and her two brothers, Charles Williams and Joseph Williams.\r\nShe leaves to cherish her memory one sister, Mrs. Eva McCray; one daughter, Linda Fields; one son, Albert S Fields, Jr (Sue); one stepdaughter, ReShell Fields; one stepson, Rodney Fields; two grandchildren, Albert S Fields, III (Lillie) and Monica Fields; six great grandchildren, Albert S Fields, IV, Alicia Fields, Janessa Fields, Isiah Fields, Ariyha Cheatem and Jordan Fields; one great-great grandchild, Albert S Fields V, a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, friends and neighbors.\r\n
