Henry Barthelemy, Jr, passed away at his home on Sunday night, September 13, 2015 at the age of 67. He was born in Port Sulphur, LA and lived in southeast Louisiana most of his life and is a Vietnam Air Force Veteran.\r\nHe leaves to cherish his memories to his loving wife Karen Barthelemy, children; Kasey (Chris) Sasser, Rachel, Melissa and John Henry (Amanda) Barthelemy, Ryan Fitte, Anna, Diane, Yvonne and John Chester Johnson; siblings, Veronica Mendron, Jackie Spori, Chris Barthelemy, Connie Acosta, Rhonda Kay Barthelemy, nine grandsons and three granddaughters.\r\nHenry is preceded in death by his brother Perry Barthelemy.\r\n
