Gayle Mary (Gonsoulin) Bourgeois

Gayle Mary Gonsoulin Bourgeois, 86, of Lacombe, La. passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, in a local hospital. She was a native of New Orleans, La. and a resident of Lacombe, La. Gayle was a member of the Catholic faith and retired as a Manager after working in the Food Industry for many years. She enjoyed travelling to casinos, eating out and gossiping with her sisters, cooking and spending time with friends and family. Her grandchildren were the apple of her eye.

Gayle was preceded in death by her Parents, Edwin & Denise Gonsoulin, Brothers, Edwin Gonsoulin Jr., Bobby Gonsoulin, Donald Gonsoulin, Fred Gonsoulin, Karl Gonsoulin, Sisters, Gloria Davis, Ruth Paris and JoAnn Kempf.

She is survived by her Husband of 69 Years, Joseph Murphy Bourgeois Jr. of Lacombe, La., Son, Mark Anthony Bourgeois and wife Mendy of Columbus, Ga., Daughter, Lorine Marie Conners and husband Joseph of Lacombe, La., Sister, Mae Babin of Dallas Tx., 4 Grandchildren, Brent, Jennifer & husband Kurt, Harper, Finley and numerous Nieces, Nephews and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
