Gail Ann (Danner) Aitken

Gail Ann Danner Aitken, 82, of Mandeville, La., passed away on Monday, April 20, 2026, in Kenner, La. She was a native of New Orleans, La., longtime resident of Jefferson Parish and a resident of Mandeville, La. Gail graduated from East Jefferson High School Class of 1961, and was a member of the Catholic faith. She retired as a Judicial Clerk for 1st Parish Court of Jefferson Parish. Gail loved volunteering, helping people in situations and was always fair but stern. She enjoyed spending time with her Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren, especially the girls.

Gail was preceded in death by her Husband, Raymond Aitken and Parents, Earl & Gertrude Danner.

She is survived by her Sons, Louis Obiol and wife Andrea of Jefferson, La., Dayle Obiol and wife Heather of Jefferson, La., Daughters, Mona Davidson and husband Eddie of Athens, Alabama, Veronica Hughes and husband Tommy of Tickfaw, La., Brother, Bobby Danner of Phoenix, Arizona, Sister, Roseanna Danner of Baton Rouge, La., 5 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
