Ethen Micheal Hyde, Sr.

Ethen Micheal Hyde Sr. passed away so suddenly on December 22,2025 at the young age of 24. His mother, Christy Hyde, welcomed him into heaven with loving arms. Ethen loved life and loved spending time with his children and family. He had a passion for gaming and playing with his children. We are all truly blessed to have gotten the time we had with him while on this earth. He will forever be in our hearts.

 Ethen made an impact on anyone who had a chance to meet him. Something will remind all of us of him but we will never know just when. It might be something someone says, and it will all come back again. The times we spent together, the happiness, and the fun, will never be forgotten. Once again, we will feel the pain of life without you. It is said that time heals all wounds, lthough some wounds heal quicker than others, some will leave scars. We know that you are in a better place now, and we know that your spirit will be watching over us all as your spirit strengthens us daily.

 Ethen is survived by his 3 children, Ethen Hyde Jr., Grayson Hyde, and Christy Hyde. He is also survived by his brother, Mason Hyde; his maternal grandmother, Donna Hyde; his Nanny, Heather Hyde; his Aunt, Nicole Moran (Craig), and uncle  Bryan Hyde(Jaimie); his paternal Grandmother, Donna Sander; his Dad, Vick Dickens; and his half siblings, Logan, Alora, and Elise, as well as a host of cousins, aunts and uncles. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Serenity Funeral Home, 20419 Hwy 36, Covington, LA on Friday, January 2, 2026 at 2:00 PM with Visitation beginning at 12:00 PM.
