Donna Marie Downey-Smith passed away on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at Ochsner Medical Center in Jefferson, LA at the age of 59. She was born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey and lived in Metuchen, New Jersey until the past four months when she resided in Mandeville, LA. Donna worked as a Journeyman, wireman with IBEW local 456 for 38 years. Wife of David Edward Smith for 35 years. Loving mother of Rachel Marie Smith. Services are private.
