Denise "Dee" Ann (Lancon) Landry

Denise “Dee” Ann Lancon Landry, 70, of Covington, La., passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 4, 2025 with her family by her side.  She was a native of Jeanerette, La., and resident of Covington, La.  Dee was a member of the Catholic faith.  Her true love was teaching children as an educator and being a Homemaker to her family.  She enjoyed shopping, bird watching, reading, travelling and cooking with Moose always by her side.

Dee was preceded in death by her Parents, Lionel & Rita Lancon and Sister, Glenda Laughlin.

She is survived by her Husband of 43 Years, James Landry of Covington, La., Daughter, Nicole Landry of Covington, La., Brother, Lionel Lancon Jr. and wife Jane of Jeanerette, La., Sister, Laurie Calcote and husband Mike of Lafayette, La. and numerous Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 9:30 AM with a Memorial Service at 11:00 AM at Serenity Funeral Home Chapel. 20419 Hwy. 36, Covington, La., 70433.  Rev. Alex Guzman will officiate.
