David Lee Warner, 76, of Lacombe, La., passed away on Sunday, September 10, 2023.  He was a native of Allegan, Michigan and a resident of Lacombe, La.  David was a United States Army Veteran having served in the Vietnam War as a Private First Class.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, cooking and bowling in a league.

David is preceded in death by his Parents, June and husband Richard, Brothers, Richard and Ronald, Sisters, Lillian and Lenora, Stepdaughter, Cindy and Grandson Garret.

He is survived by his Companion of 29 Years, Frances, Sons, Jeff and wife Heather, Josh and wife Allison, Daughters, Shannon, Lisa, Brothers, Wilfred and wife Jan, Ken and wife Judy, Sister, Joyce Ann and husband John, Becky, Grandsons, Robert and Travis, Granddaughters, Roxie and Abby, Great Granddaughter Hadley, numerous other family members and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the VFW Post 8290 in Lacombe, La. at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the VFW.  Arrangements are entrusted to Serenity, Funeral Home of Covington, La.
