Cynthia Brown (Logan) Theriot

Cynthia Brown Logan Theriot passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at the age of 75. Cynthia was born on January 20, 1949, in New Orleans, LA to the late Mazie Dupuis Brown Jackson and Henry C. Brown, and was a resident of Chalmette and Mandeville, LA.

Cynthia is survived by her children Nicole Kimble(Chad), Colette Roger(John), her stepson, Michael Theriot, and former son in law, Jonathan Alonzo; her grandchildren, Anthony Ryan, Jr.(Elizabeth), Davon, Dylan, Braydin Kimble, Logan and Kiley Alonzo, Logan and Morgan Roger(Julie). She is also survived by her siblings, Marsha Bernheisel(Michael), Scott Brown(the late Gail), and Donna Hotard(Curtis). She is preceded in death by her husband, Andre F. Theriot, III, her ex-husband Michael J. Logan, and her brother, Frederick Brown. Cynthia is a beloved aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Those who knew Cynthia will remember her love of sewing and traveling the world, especially Las Vegas and Walt Disney World. Cynthia’s legacy of love will live on in the hearts of all those who knew her. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life gathering at Serenity Funeral Home, 20419 Highway 36, Covington, LA on Saturday, December 14, 2024, from 10:00am – 12:00pm. Private interment will follow at a later date.
