Caridad Armas passed away peacefully on October 7, 2024 at the age of 81. She was born in Candelaria, Pinar del Rio, Cuba.

Beloved wife of the late Carlos F. Armas. Loving mother of Barbara Holmberg, Miriam Armas (Leovaldo) Haydee Santana (Enrique) Carlos J. Armas (Tricia). Grandmother of Angela M. Matute (Marlon) Christian A. Matute, Barby H. Matute, Carlos J. Barreto (Sulima) Jovany J. Barreto (Dariana) Nancy N. Young (Bryan) Daniel E. Santana, Javier O. Santana, Alex Santana, Karla M. Gilkers (Sidney) Carlos J. Armas Jr. (Amanda). Great grandmother of Gabriel, Isabella, Raydel, Esekiel, Felix, Lorenzo, Antonio, Jayden, Jeily, Evely, Sebastian, Christina, Giana, Jián and Kenji. Also survived by other loving relatives and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at Serenity Funeral Home, 20419 Highway 36, Covington, LA 70433 on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at 1:00 PM with Visitation from at 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM.
