Barbara Ann "Bobbie" Mulligan

Barbara Ann “ Bobbie” Mulligan passed away peacefully in her home on March 17, 2023.  She was 69. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Dr. Raymond Francis, JR, and Gloria Webb Mulligan, her sister, Patricia Eileen Mulligan, brothers, Michael Webb Mulligan, Raymond Francis Mulligan, III, and Thomas John Mulligan. She is survived by Sisters in Law Julie Combe Mulligan and Terrie Henderson Mulligan as well as numerous nieces, nephews and one cousin, Elizabeth Webb Bergeron. Barbara was a graduate of SSA and lovingly provided private sitting for years. She is deeply missed but we are sure there was quite an Irish Catholic reunion in Heaven on St Patrick’s Day when she joined the rest of her family. Per her request, Barbara was cremated.  Arrangements were lovingly provided by Serenity Funeral Home in Covington, LA.

A private service will be held at a later date.
