Alexander Fos Obituary

Alexander Ernest Fos Jr. â€œTuckerâ€ passed away at his home on Wednesday morning, November 9, 2016, at the age of 81. He was born in New Orleans, LA., and resided in Chalmette for over 40 years. Tucker worked for International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local Union #130 and retired after 50 years of service with them, and he served in the Louisiana National Guard for 8 years. He was the loving husband of Claudia A. Fos for 60 years. Devoted father of Alexander E. Fos III, his wife, Alison, Danette Dominick, her husband Andre, Linda â€œMikeyâ€ Bland, her husband Arthur, Chris M. Fos, his wife, Ingrid, and Alan J. Fos. Brother of the late Bertrand A. Fos Sr. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, T.J., Kristin, Kayla, Megan, Lauren, Lexie, Derek, Kelli, Daniel, Andrew and Sydney, 2 great grandchildren, one niece and one nephew.
