Wayne William Schaub, Sr., 73 years of age passed away Friday, January 20, 2017. He was the son of the late Daniel Peter Schaub, Sr. and the late Dorothy Lydia Laine. Brother to Susan Schaub Ducombs, Daniel Peter Schaub, Jr., and Penny Schaub Hicks. Father to Wendy Schaub-Louque, Wayne Schaub, Jr., David Wayne Schaub, James Gregory Allard, Adam Michael Allard and Cyrilla Allard Bernard. He was a loving father, grandfather and great grandfather, uncle and cousin. He was the â€œProduce Man of New Orleansâ€. He was also a decorated Vietnam War veteran.
