Timothy Cushing Obituary

Timothy William Cushing, Jr. passed away on May 28, 2020 in West Jefferson Medical Center, Marrero, LA at the age of 38. He was born in Metairie, LA and lived in Metairie most of his life. He was quite the cook, joker, and artist. He loved his family and friends. Timothy had a smile that was contagious. Son of Jacquelyn Cushing and the late Timothy William Cushing, Sr. Father of Elaina Rene Cushing, Timothy William Cushing, III, and Thomas Robert Frederic Cushing. Brother of Claudine Cushing Hope’ Perret and Celeste Cushing Cavet. Grandson of the late Jean and John S. of New Orleans, and the late Timothy Cushing, Gertrude and Captain Marion Goodman of Gretna, LA. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins. A Celebration of Life and Memorial Service will be held on a later date. He will be laid to rest with his father Timothy Cushing, Sr. Arrangements entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, Covington, LA.
