Sandra Hartsfield Arnold

Sandra Hartsfield Arnold 79, passed away peacefully in her home at Brookdale in Mandeville, LA with her family by her side on 24 August 2020. She was a longtime resident of Bossier City, LA. She was born in August, 1941 in Shreveport, Louisiana. She graduated from Bossier High School in 1959, and went on to be a cheerleader at Northwestern State University. She was a devoted member of the Shreveport Women’s Club and First Baptist of Bossier choir. She was known for her Christian values and elaborate fashion. She was a devoted daughter, mother, wife, grandmother, and friend. She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Lawanna Hartsfield, husband, Austin Arnold Sr., and granddaughter Raena Hughes. She is survived by her sister Susan Hartsfield, children, Hunter Hughes, Hayes Hughes (Spouse Angie Hughes), Holly Hughes Langlois, step-children, Susan Brozovic (Spouse John Brozovic) and A. Alan Arnold Jr., her grandchildren, Garin Hughes (Spouse Shannon Hughes), Taylor Hughes, Christopher Arnold, Alexi Langlois, Hanna Hughes, Sabrina Langlois, William Brozovic, Katherine Brozovic, Tristan Hughes, and her new great grandson, Maddox Hughes. Sandy very much enjoyed modeling, interior design, gardening, and family. She was one of a kind and will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Memorial Service on September 25, 2020 at 6:00 PM at Rose Neath Funeral Home, 2201 Airline Dr, Bossier City, LA 71111.
