Larry J. Ostarly passed away Sunday morning, September 4, 2016, at the age of 66. He was born in New Orleans, LA., resided in Jefferson for most of his life, and for the past ten years retired to Abita Springs. Larry was the president of Ostarly Land Company, Inc. for many years. He enjoyed playing the drums, motorcycles, and boating. He is survived by one brother, Charles Ostarly Jr. and his wife Mary. Uncle of Troy Ostarly and Cherie Ostarly Hazard and her husband Robert, and Great uncle of Reece, Haiden, Gage and Pier Hazard.
