Naomi Monita Rosalinda Baggett passed away on Saturday, October 24, 2020 at her home in Chalmette, LA at the age of 76. She was born in New Orleans, LA. She was witty, loving, sharing, caring, hard working, and never met a stranger. As a young lady she was a waitress. She devoted her life to caring for her family, giving her all to everyone and never expected anything in return. She was a peacemaker and wanted everyone to love each other. Beloved wife of Floyd Baggett, they were together for 25 years. Daughter of the late Arsenio Jimenez and Doris Laneri. Devoted mother of Clyde, Jr. “C.J.”, Michael, Rebecca, David, and Traci. Stepmother of Shane and Michelle. Sister of Linda Fleetwood, Valerie LeBlanc, Donna Jimenez, Daniel Jimenez, Alvin Jimenez, the late Sharon Harness, Ricardo, and Arsenio. Grandmother to 25 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren whom she loved with all her heart. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Catholic Prayer Service on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at Serenity Funeral Home, 20419 Highway 36, Covington, LA 70433.
