Mr. Michael Alan Desmond passed away in his sleep on the morning of Monday, August 14, 2017 at the age of 54. Mr. Desmond was born in Covington, Louisiana on November 11, 1962. He is the much-loved son of Martin Shelby and Darlene Desmond. The loving brother of Marty Desmond, Deanna Desmond, and Pamela Desmond. The adoring and adored uncle to Shelby, Jeanne Marie, Anna Grace and Aiden Desmond. Michael is preceded in death by one brother Gregory Paul Desmond.\r\nMichael was an avid sports fan who loved NASCAR, the Saints, LSU and the Redsox. He also enjoyed cooking.\r\n
