Kelli I. Jones passed away on Monday, September 16, 2019, in Covington, LA at the age of 49. She was born in Gary, IN and lived in the Isabel community of LA for most of her life. Kelli worked as a secretary for the non-support department of the Franklinton Court House, in Franklinton, LA and was a part of the Franklinton Garden Club. She loved shopping and visiting with family and friends. Daughter of James Welch (Wanda) and Sandra Schlief. Devoted mother of her only son Hunter Jones. Sister of Paul Welch of Franklinton, Ruth Rader of Bradenton, FL and Thermon C. Welch of Bradenton, FL. Grandmother of one grandson Bentley Jones. Kelli also leaves behind many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
