Jimmie Harrell Begnaud, born Jan 7, 1947 in Jennings, LA., passed away peacefully on the morning of Monday, May 9, 2016 in Slidell, LA. , at the age of 69.\r\nA retired US Veteran of United States Army, Jimmie is survived by 2 children, Jamie (Michelle) Begnaud and Jennifer (Clint) Williamsâ€¦the childrenâ€™s mother, Marie Cynthia Ponceti Alongi.\r\nOne grandchild, Lawson Williams. Siblings, Barbara Begnaud (Edward) Ferguson\r\nand Monica Begnaud Hunsinger. Also survived by numerous devoted nieces, nephews and extended family, especially, Dominic Palisi, Frankie Palisi, and Tina Palisi, Jessica Chappa, Jason Begnaud, and Robert F Begnaud II.\r\nHe is preceded in death by his parents, Freddie F. Begnaud and Marie Merise McDaniel Begnaud. Brother of Robert F Begnaud Sr.\r\nGrandchild Jaxson A Begnaud.\r\nIn lieu of flowers the family requests donation to VA Hospital or Facility.\r\n
