Heath Byrd Obituary

Heath Daniel Byrd passed away Wednesday morning August 2, 2017, in Metairie, LA., at the age of 45. He was born in Laurel, MS., and lived in Chalmette for a number of years. He resided in Hammond for the last 12 years. Heath loved doing outdoor things such as hunting, fishing and playing golf. He also loved cooking out with friends and family. Son of the late Michael and Gloria Ann Pilgrim Parker. Forever loved by Stacie Coates. Devoted father of two daughters Chloe Danielle Byrd and Taylor Marie Carter. Brother of Raymond Oelking, Andrew Militello and Brian Morgan. Grandfather of one grandson Ryan John Carter. Heath was also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Kristi Esposito and Jennifer Ryals-Ballard for their devotion in the help of supporting Heath during this time.
