Gwendolynn Emken, of Mandeville, LA., My Beloved Mother and Friend, passed away at 4:45 A.M., at the age of 84, on Friday, March 10, 2017, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home in Mandeville, LA. She was born October 26, 1932, in New Orleans, Louisiana, to William and Eloine Emken. She loved her family and her pets and enjoyed being close to nature. She was predeceased by her mother, father and son, Raymond W. Sheehan, Jr. She is survived by one daughter, April (Danny) Boihem of Lacombe; three granddaughters, Brittney, Coti and Michelle; four grandsons, Zachary, Steve, Chris and Christopher.
