A native of Sipiria, Trinadad & Tobago, moved to the United States in 1982 and in 1991 moved to Covington. Gilley was a devoted and loving husband, father, brother, uncle and friend and will be missed by those who knew and loved him. Devoted husband of Celia E. Gonzalez for 37 years. Loving father of David Ramkhalawan, Jose Sanchez and Domingo Sanchez. Brother of Deo Ramkhalawan, Bhanwari Ramkhalawan and Sukdaya Ramkhalawan.\r\nUncle of Cindy Ramkhalawan, Michelle Ramkhalawan and Hector Cruz and a host of nieces and nephews.
