Gary A Caye

Gary Alan Caye passed away at approximately 3:55 p.m. on Sunday, March 5, 2017 in Slidell, Louisiana, at the age of 59. Gary was born on January 15, 1958, in New Orleans, LA., and lived in the area for most of his life. Gary dabbled in many areas of work and was considered a “Jack” of many trades. Gary is survived by his wife, Tammy Caye and their “Brady Bunch” of children: Nolan Billiot, Cherry Billiot, Gary Axton, Robert Axton, Patrick Axton, Michael Zoerner, Courtney Zoerner, Ben Sciambra, and Jessica Caye; his mother, Helen Caye; 4 brothers: Terry Caye, Percy Caye IV, Robbie Caye, and Duane Caye; 3 sisters: Roxanne Sciambra, Ramona Caye, and Rebecca Caye; grandchildren: Timothy Lister, Brandon Billiot, Mariah Doyle, Blaine Roberts, Danielle Weixel, Autumn Axton, Hannah Shore, Malise Zoerner, Jorden Burge, Richard Vega, JJ Axton, Tara Axton, Maddison Sciambra, Isabella Axton, Sommer Axton, and Azaliah Wilson; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends. He is preceded in death by his father Percy Caye Jr., sister Cheryl Caye, and twin brothers, Wayne and Wynne Caye. Gary was a loving father, a grandfather, a husband, a son, a brother to many, and a friend to many more. He will be dearly missed and his life will be celebrated by many.
