Ellen Ruth Stroyewski Younce passed away on Monday evening, March 27,2017, in Slidell, LA at the age of 89. She was born in New Orleans to the late Elovia Langston Stroyewski Piazza and George Edward Stroyewski. She lived in Slidell for most of her life. Ellen enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, but most of all loved being a homemaker. She was an amazing mother and grandmother. She was the loving wife of the late Wayne Donald Younce. Mother of David Wayne Younce, Gayle Younce Patin, JoEllen Younce Sandrock, Edward Wayne Younce “Buster”, Daryl Allen Younce, David Claude Younce, Kelly Daniel Younce and Dawn Younce Morella. Grandmother of Tammy Gary Averett, Freddie Sandrock, Jason Sandrock, Marla Younce Gaukel, Buster Dwayne Younce, Daryl Allen Younce, Jr., Darnelle Younce Townsend, Dionne Marie Younce, David Eugene Younce, Lisa Younce Neihaus, Tiffany Younce Motes, Trinity James Younce, Daniel Michael Younce, many amazing great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
