Doris Chignoli Bougon, 96 a native of Joliet, IL and longtime resident of New Orleans and St. Tammany Parish passed away peacefully in her home on Saturday, July 15, 2017.\r\nDoris was the daughter of the late John Chignoli and Louise Bankovich Chignoli of Joliet, IL, beloved wife of the late Tracey Bougon. Mother to Sue Bougon Gibbs, Tracie Bougon Tobin (Timothy) and Paul Bougon (Mary Anne). Grandmother to John Bougon (Morgan), Anne Marie Bougon Koch (Bo), Keith Tobin (Kaitlyn) and Molly Tobin. Great-Grandmother of Porter Bougon. Aunt to numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister Mae Rose Chignoli Drauden. \r\nDoris was an avid porcelain artist, a member of the International Porcelain Artist Teacher’s Association, The Slidell Porcelain Artist Club and the Southern Porcelain Art Guild. She worked as a porcelain artist for Disney World for approximately 20 years and sold her pieces to many of the plantations in Louisiana and Mississippi\r\n
