Della Centanni Obituary

Della May Centanni passed away at Lacombe Nursing Center on the evening of Monday, April 6, 2020, at the age of 86. She was born in West Virginia and lived many places as the child of an U. S. Army Serviceman before settling in Westwego on the Westbank of Jefferson Parish, LA. She resided in Lacombe in St. Tammany Parish, LA for the past 3 years. Della enjoyed gardening and crafts, and she was a great cook. Loving wife of the late Carol Joseph Centanni. Devoted mother of the late Jennifer Ann Centanni and the late Deborah Centanni Sayler. Sister of Wayne Mullins (Penny) and the late Bob Mullins. Loving Grandmother of 4, Robert A. Centanni, Brandon J. Centanni, Morgan I. Centanni, and Candace J. Centanni. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Friday, April 10, 2020 from 11:00 AM until 1:30 PM at Serenity Funeral Home, 20419 Highway 36, Covington, LA 70433. Due to the Corona virus Pandemic a maximum of 6 people will be allowed in the chapel at one time. Interment will follow at Abita Springs Cemetery at 2:00 PM.
