A Celebration of Life will be held for Danae Lianne Jens who died on Tuesday August 25, 2015, at her residence. Danae is a native of Slidell, Louisiana attended Salmen High School and LSU. Danae is the daughter of the Late Thomas M. Jens and Patricia K. Jens. Survivors include one daughter Kaela Jens Catoire, a longtime companion and friend Robert Catoire and his daughter Robyn Catoire. 5 brothers Bradley Jens of Florida, Brett Jens of Washington D.C., Barrett Jens of Lafayette, Coby Bailey of Lafayette, Kenneth Chiasson of Kentucky and 3 sisters Katie Lemaire of Lafayette, Angel Latiolais of Breaux Bridge and Kristy Gondron of Illinois and Brenda Jens Carroll, Danaeâ€™s second mom on this earth. She also leaves behind many cousins, and a host of friends.
