Courtney Leighann passed away on Friday, June 10, 2022 in Bogalusa, LA at the age of 26. She was born in Pascagoula, MS and lived in Bush, LA for most of her life. She enjoyed outdoor activities, hunting, fishing, photography, spending time with family and friends, and church activities.
Daughter of Teresa Ann Newsom and Jerry Dalton Newsom. Granddaughter of Johnny Lee Walsh, Sr. and Mary Ann Walsh. She was the sister of Amanda Leigh Walsh, Dustin Henry Everett, Christopher Tyler Newsom, Kimberly Alexis Newsom, and Taylor Nicole Newsom. She was the niece of Heather Walsh, Cassie Walsh, Rendy Walsh, Lori Walsh, Johnny Walsh, Jr., Chris Walsh, Anthony Walsh, and Adam Walsh. Devoted Aunt of Jacob Riley Walsh, Chase Bailey Compton, Savannah Leigh Compton, and baby girl J.C. Walsh (AKA Lil Bit).
