Carol Phillips Cottier, passed away on Friday, April 17, 2015 at LA. Heart Hospital, Lacombe, LA at the age of 67. Born in New Orleans and a resident of Mandeville for the past 36 years. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and will be dearly missed by all.\r\nLoving wife of Lionel M. Cottier, Jr.\r\nDaughter of the late Eugene A. Phillips and Inez Nugent Phillips.\r\nMother of Bonnie Waller (Jerry), Edward Spotts, Jr., Catherine Cottier and Kevin Cottier.\r\nGrandmother of Madisyn Waller and Corbin Herndon.\r\n
