Carol Gros Obituary

Carol June Gros passed away on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at the age of 70. She was born in Rapid City, S.D. and resided in Harvey and Pearl River, LA. For the past 20 years she resided with Anthony Brehm and the late Patricia Brehm. Anthony Brehm was her total caretaker and provider until her passing. Daughter of the late Rufus and Grace Hicks. Wife of the late Vance Gros. Mother of Anthony Vance Gros, Stacey, Christine, Stephanie, and Kelly. She is the sister of Tammy Falgout, the late Patricia Brehm, Brenda Hebert, Penny Mills, and Connie Frisbie. Carol is also survived by her best friend and caretaker for the last several years Rita O’Halloran and her husband the late Michael O’Halloran. She will be sadly missed by Ronnie and Kathy Fernandez, Tammy and Lisa of Heads Up Beauty Salon, and all her friends from McDonald’s, Silver Slipper, Phil’s Marina, and Camellia Café. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend her Funeral Service on Monday, February 22, 2021 at Serenity Funeral Home, 20419 Highway 36, Covington, LA 70433.
