Brigitte Evans Obituary

Brigitte Ann Evans passed away peacefully at her residence in Slidell, LA on Sunday, April 3, 2022. Native of New Orleans, longtime resident of Gretna, age 62. Loving mother of Georgette Evans and Jozette Evans. Devoted grandmother of Taylar, Tate, and Tanner, and loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. Devoted sister of Terry Chachere, George Evans, and Linda Evans Lee. Loving daughter of George Robert Evans. She is preceded in death by her stepmother Xuan Evans and her mother Patricia Rodgers. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life at Journey Fellowship Church, 3127 Pontchartrain Dr., Slidell, LA on Thursday, May 19, 2022 from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 PM and Visitation from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM. In lieu of flowers and bouquets, the family respectfully requests that houseplants be given in her memory.
