Alla Rossi Obituary

Alla M. Rossi passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2021 at the age of 95. She was born in 1925 in Bradford, PA, and resided in Covington, LA. Daughter of Merle E. and Alla M. Beals. In 1949 she married Mark F. Rossi. He passed away on November 22, 2008. Alla was a 1943 graduate of Bradford High School. She enjoyed a varied work experience, initially with Citizens National Bank and subsequently in the legal community as a private secretary. Mrs. Rossi was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bradford. She is survived by a son Dean (Pamela) Rossi, two granddaughters Isabella May Rossi, and Annabella Jean Rossi, all of Covington, LA. She is preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Jane Mary Rossi, and her first husband Harvey R. Gibson. Alla May spent the last three years of her long life with her son, daughter-n-law, and granddaughter in Covington, LA where she remained in the comfort of her own home until the last day. There will be no visitation or service at the request of the decedent. Burial will take place in Willow Dale Cemetery on a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, Covington, LA.
