Carlyn Mary Exposito

Carlyn Mary Exposito, born on May 23, 1998, in Slidell, LA, passed away on March 24, 2024, in Pearl River, LA, at the age of 25. Carlyn was a unique individual, full of life, known for her love of painting, music, and all things eccentric. She had a fiery yet soft-hearted nature and cherished her canine companion, Mando. Carlyn had a talent for playing guitar, appreciating music, painting, and making those around her feel loved and encouraged. Carlyn attended Nottoway Academy for primary school and later pursued her education at Nunez Community College. She excelled in the hospitality industry and was pursuing a degree in medical coding/scheduling.

She is survived by her father, Edward Raymond Exposito, and her mother Michelle Lecler Exposito, as well as her sisters, Elizabeth-Kay Menville, Jeanne-Marie Lorraine Exposito, and Ruby Mae Frances Exposito.

A Memorial Service in honor of Carlyn will be held at Steadfast Community Church, 1321 Gause Blvd. #3, Slidell, LA, on Sunday, April 7, 2024 at 2:15 PM with Visitation beginning at 1:00 PM. Immediately following the Memorial will be a Celebration of Life Reception at The Sadie Jane, 405 Country Club Blvd., Slidell, LA 70458 from 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to a non-profit foundation that will be established in Carlyn's name. The foundation aims to support those struggling with depression and anxiety and raise awareness about substance abuse. May Carlyn's vibrant spirit and kind heart be remembered and cherished by all who knew her.
